Everything first-timers ask us.

What is bungee fitness — is it a real workout? +
Very much so. You're harnessed to an overhead bungee cord and moving through a coached 45-minute class of cardio, strength and mobility work. Most people burn 400–600 calories. It's a low-impact, high-intensity workout — the cord reduces the impact of each landing, adding resistance on the way down and assistance on the way up.
I'm a total beginner. I haven't worked out in years. Can I come? +
Yes, and you'll be in good company. Every class teaches the moves from the ground up, and every move has a modification. We've had marathoners and people 20 years off the couch in the same class, both getting exactly what they came for.
Can I attend if I'm pregnant? +
No — and we want to be clear rather than vague, because we care about you. There are no studies on bungee exercise during pregnancy, so we don't allow participation while pregnant. We'd love to see you back on the cords after you've been cleared postpartum.
Are there weight, height or age limits? +
Our weight limit is 250 lbs and our height limit is 6'4". Participants are required to be at least 16 years old, and anyone under 18 must have a parent's permission when signing the liability waiver during the registration process.
I've had surgery or an injury — can I still participate? +
It is unsafe to participate if you have previously had a hip or knee replacement, had major surgery within the past year, or have any major underlying medical or mental health conditions. Our staff reserves the right to turn away anyone if there is a safety concern.
What should I wear? +
Fitted leggings or joggers (the harness sits over your clothing, so nothing too loose), a full-length top — skip the crop top, so the harness doesn't rub on your skin — and clean athletic shoes. Skip zippers, buckles and anything that could catch on the harness.
What should I bring and when should I arrive? +
For your safety, individuals arriving after the scheduled class start time will not be able to join class and will not be refunded. Proper time is needed to safely get into the bungee harness. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can ensure a smooth, calm, and safe start to class. A $15 no-show fee applies. Athletic shoes and athletic wear are required. Please bring your own water.
What happens in my first class? +
An instructor fits your harness low on your hips — at or below the belly button, never the rib cage — and matches your cord to you: hands-on, in person, every single time. Then you're walked through the movements before the class builds.
How do I book — can I just walk in? +
Booking, waivers and payment are 100% online through our booking system. We don't have a front desk and we run 15-minute turnovers between classes, so there's no walk-in or in-person payment option. Reserve your spot first and just show up ready.
How can I see how many spots remain in each class? +
You can know approximately how many spots are left in each class by the color of the circle: 9, 8, 7 open — Green; 6, 5 open — Orange; 4, 3 open — Red; 2, 1 open — Deep Red/Brown; 0 open — Brown.
How many people are in a class? +
Nine, maximum. That's the whole point — you get coached, not lost in a crowd.
Can I book the studio for a private party? +
Absolutely — bachelorettes, birthdays and company outings. You get the full studio and all nine spots, no experience needed. Details are on the Private Parties page.
What is the cancellation policy for private parties? +
Cancellation Policy: Private Parties that are cancelled within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive an Account Balance refund to re-book your party.
Where are you and where do I park? +
We're at 16942 Gothard Street, Suite H, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 — serving all of Orange County. Parking is free and located in the parking lot directly in front of the studio.
